See this on a live example →Diagnostics is the "under the bonnet" page. You'll rarely open it — it's mainly for your installer.
It shows the health of the Horotics box itself: how long it's been running, whether its checks are keeping up, and how much storage is free. If your installer is helping you remotely, they might ask you to glance at it, but day to day you can leave it alone.
Everything you actually need is on the other pages — Overview tells you if all is well, and Activity tells you the moment it isn't.
Still stuck? Your installer can see the same screens you can and sort most things remotely — there's a Support button inside your Horotics portal.
